Scales of collaboration (and tools that enable them)

The tool works best when it recognizes and supports those different workflows. You can have one tool that does everything, but if you're constantly hopping back and forth between tools that becomes too much friction. And I think if you're able to support those handful of archetypes, you're well on your way to embracing this more organic model of idea generation.
