Leadership With Minimum Force Required
Leadership is not simply a matter of ruling by force, love, or fear. Rather, great leaders balance their approach and listen to feedback while quietly nudging decisions in the right direction. The best forms of leadership require minimal force, allowing the team to come to the right consensus on their own. However, in emergency situations, it may be necessary to exert some dictatorial direction, but only after building up sufficient leadership capital and trust with the team.
