Unusual Classified Document Setup

Adding cover sheets to classified documents, taking photographs, implying they were not added, leaking to the press, then revealing the truth later was a setup to impugn Donald Trump's integrity. It was staged for a photo op to make it look classified and create a false impression of mishandling classified information.
