In polly, it's called a pona somadi, which is concentration based upon a fixed object. And the meditator can choose skilled meditator, or somebody can can can shift from these different kinds./nOnce you understand what is the quality of somadi, how is that difference than distraction, and what is the object that i want to focus on and why, then we become more skilful in choosing the object and the way we attend to those objects to support our aim coming./nUp.
