Humility Over Pride
It is crucial not to elevate anything, including marriage, above God. Pride can manifest in different forms, including reverse pride such as heterosexual pride, which is an inappropriate attitude of feeling superior to others based on sexual orientation. Instead of pride, humility and empathy towards those with different struggles should be prioritized, recognizing that everyone faces their unique challenges. Ultimately, the focus should be on avoiding sinful behaviors like premarital sex, regardless of the individual's sexual orientation or preferences.
