Different Expectations in Business and Christian Spaces
In the business world, it's all about marketing, scaling, and creating a great corporate culture. But in the Christian space, it's about communicating the message in a fresh and relatable way. Business people excel at connecting with individuals because they understand the importance of understanding their problems, fears, frustrations, and aspirations. Preachers often bring the same message without adapting it to different audiences. Business people are more skilled at speaking because they know that without a connection, there will be no conversion and their business will fail.
