Knowledge transfer boards

Over the past three years, I've learned so much from each of you and during this transition, I've been able to witness firsthand how amazing this team is. One effective technique we've been using is the knowledge transfer boards. Each team member has their own board filled with questions about their expertise and responsibilities. We all take the time to answer these questions, even reflecting on what we don't know. It's been a valuable way to uncover hidden knowledge. Plus, we've had one-on-one calls to discuss further.
