I think that I love Brazil. The natural beauty of that country, they're blessed with natural resources. In a peaceful transfer power, I think they can be a role model for democracies. We have conflated empathy. Neutrality in the face of evil is not neutrality. You are not showing empathy for mental illness when you look away from Kanye's comments. My fail is, we have this cold comfort that quote unquote couldn't happen here and there are some very basic steps to fascism.
