In their learning, some people just did things to move forward without understanding why they were doing it. Now, in their job, they struggle because they lack knowledge. Chad GPT is a tool that some engineers rely on without fully understanding it. We need to share knowledge and understand how the system works. This relates to the conversation of essential complexity versus incidental complexity in programming. With AI and advanced tools, we need to take individual responsibility and educate developers.
