The Nature of Personality
The nature of personality, i think, is an adaptation to all the different socioacology and occ ation. If you have some genetic proclivity to want to be by yourself, u if you live in a society where you don't have a choice to become a librarian or a computer programmer, then you can justou become even more introverted. And you go down a particular trail, presumably as well, that will have a selection effect for the people that are likely to be successful in that society. The ones that are higher status, that have more resources, that have a stronger group around them. You end up with societies which, overtime, what do they begin to look
