Sitting with our feelings and acknowledging them without judgment is the key to healing and empowerment. Instead of rushing past our emotions, we should take the time to sit with them and feel what we're feeling. By observing the sensations in our body and letting go of the stories we tell ourselves, we can change our relationship with these emotions. Rather than seeing them as a sign of failure, we can view them as a natural part of our humanity. Embracing our human vulnerability is a beautiful thing that can bring about positive change in our lives.
