A lot of what i'm working on right now a w s is building mechanisms to help us include consideration of the human experience in this. The other dimension of this is, i think there's very few situations where we as humans have tried to design tools that are this technically complex. I mean, if you want to think of it as a product, has an incredibly high level of technical knowledge.
