It is common for organizations to create statements of intent that are expected to be lived by all members. A key challenge arises when only a few individuals are involved in crafting these messages, leading to the assumption that they are already role modeling the values effectively. However, individuals tend to judge themselves based on their intentions, while others judge them based on their behaviors, which may not always align with one's perceived intentions.
