Awkwardness as an Interpersonal Dance
Awkwardness is seen as an interpersonal dynamic rather than a personality trait, involving uncertainty in social situations. It takes two people to create and resolve awkward moments, often stemming from not knowing how to react. Awkwardness is subjective and can be enjoyable when shared with fellow 'awkward' individuals. Talking over each other can indicate a successful conversation, not toxicity. Excessive helping can be a form of micromanagement.
