Initiating action, even on minor tasks, can create a momentum that fosters productivity, making it harder to stop once you get going. Engaging in small 'easy wins' can release dopamine, which primes you for further accomplishments. Establishing a daily routine, such as writing a short article first thing in the morning, helps transition into work mode. Conversely, missing this routine, especially due to meetings, can disrupt focus and productivity for an extended period afterward.
