The belief in a perfect sleep environment with expensive mattresses and blackout blinds is not biologically necessary for a good night's sleep. We are designed to sleep in simple conditions, like on the ground with a fire. The idea of 'clean sleep' only creates anxiety about sleep. So, don't worry too much about having the perfect sleep environment.
