The key to success is starting from a good position. Outperforming others doesn't require superior intelligence, just better positioning. Being in a favorable position makes anyone look like a genius, while a bad position can make even the smartest person seem like an idiot. We often focus on making the best decision in the moment, but forget about the importance of our starting position. This lesson was taught to me by my child who failed a test because he neglected to prepare properly. Being in a good position means taking care of ourselves beforehand, like getting enough sleep, eating well, and studying. By neglecting these factors, we choose to make life harder for ourselves.
