A law was passed to rescind the statute of limitations in order to target Donald Trump, potentially violating due process. Despite the original court ruling that Trump did not rape the accuser, a judge declared it as rape. Subsequently, the accuser filed a defamation lawsuit against Trump with the help of an activist lawyer who has a history of targeting Trump. The lawyer obtained a significant award in the defamation case, amidst making dubious claims against Trump.
