Uncommon Knowledge

NOTE

**The Danger of Merely Affirming Christian Principles without Underlying Belief. **

The Western civilization still holds deeply Christian moral principles, which govern liberal society in Western Europe and North America. However, affirming these ethical endowments of Christianity without underlying belief is inherently unstable and dangerous, leading to the rise of secularized hyper-Christian forms such as 'wokeness.' This hyper form lacks inherent moral constraints, forgiveness, and has a revolutionary impulse, making it dangerous to culture. By grounding Christian belief in the affirmation of the real, with real belief comes constraints on the expression of this revolutionary impulse. This ensures acknowledging our fallen nature and adopting limited forms of government with more modest aims in the world, making it possible to be intellectually fulfilled as a Christian or theist today.
