Sitting on the subway, I realize commuting is a waste of time. Launching B.F. changes my mindset on productivity. Working from home is comfortable and flexible, allowing me to be my own boss. Restricting talent to a specific location is outdated; Beehive thrives with talent from around the world. Hiring based on talent, not proximity to the founders, is a crucial differentiating factor. It's crazy to limit hires to those who can make it to the office. Overall, working from home is both strategically advantageous and personally comfortable.
