The Power of Spending More Time with Friends
Loneliness can affect even socially connected people. As a millennial workplace expert, I've observed that loneliness and lack of belonging are prevalent issues. However, emerging from the pandemic, we have an opportunity to prioritize our social connections and spend more time with loved ones. Spending more time with friends has significant benefits for our health and happiness. Rather than focusing on superficial relationships, we should aim for deeper connections. Planning deep hangouts, being present, and utilizing various communication mediums can help us strengthen and appreciate our friendships.
