*Working Agile in a waterfall company *

In a past experience with FDA products, incorporating software methodology into submission required adapting waterfall processes. Despite the rise of Agile, a waterfall approach was modified with iterative loops to mimic Agile releases. This adaptation led to an agile engineering development process within a waterfall organization. When stuck in a traditional organization, engineers can still push for iterative practices to improve speed and efficiency, albeit within the boundaries of the organization's processes.
