As a product owner, I believe it's important to have discussions with architects about gradually emerging architectures rather than planning everything in detail. Rebuilding complex systems introduces new problems instead of solving the existing ones. While making incremental changes is criticized for not leading to fundamental changes, I think it's more about polishing what we have rather than needing something radically different. Complex systems often start with simple systems that evolve over time.
