Decrease anxieties, stressors, and distractions to avoid emotional influence on decisions. Create an environment away from daily activities to remove emotional anchors. Make decisions from a place of abundance and not needing anything. The key is to operate well-rested, well-fed, and surrounded by loved ones. The four steps are: rest, eat, separate, and operate from a place of needing nothing. This process helps in making rational decisions and living an easier life by avoiding quick, emotion-driven decisions which lead to negative outcomes.
Mistakes love rushed decisions. Today, Alex (@AlexHormozi) talks about his decision-making framework process, how rational decisions are incredibly convenient, and how each decision we make affects almost every aspect of our lives.
