How to Get Your Insulin Down

Insulin resistance can prevent weight loss by telling your fat cells to store more fat. Fasting insulin levels should ideally be less than 10 micro units per milliliter, with anything above 15 indicating insulin resistance. To combat this, try to get your insulin down through diet, exercise, drugs, or surgery.
