Finding Support and Courage to Pursue a Career in Tech
Attending a bootcamp and a tech community helped me gain courage to pursue coding. I discovered these communities through a friend, who told me about the helpful people and networking opportunities. There was no pressure to go, but it gave me insight into the industry and inspired me to follow my passion. Meeting successful and happy people doing what I wanted to do gave me the courage to pursue coding, even without everything figured out.
