The Impact of Accountability on Behavior
Having someone watch us often prompts more honest and considerate behavior. The concept of being observed motivates us to act in a better way, such as being more generous and patient. This accountability also serves as a lead domino effect, affecting other aspects of our lives. To improve behavior, it's suggested to try the '30 day no complaint experiment' by wearing a bracelet and switching it to the other wrist every time we complain, with the intention of breaking the habit within three to four weeks.
