Ethiopian Government Accused of Cover-up in Tigray Crisis

The Ethiopian government is accused of being complicit in covering up evidence. This is not the first time such claims have been made during Ethiopia's Horistruin Civil War. Previous reports have documented systematic killings and evictions of Tigrayans in Western Tigray. There are also allegations of security forces digging up mass graves. However, it is uncertain if the burned sites are indeed mass graves. The disposal of bodies in Western Tigray seems to have been done in a less organized manner compared to previous incidents like the massacre in Srebrenica.
