*How to truly listen *
To become better listeners, we need to actively focus on understanding the other person without formulating our own opinions or looking for disagreements. We should turn off our filters, be open to truly understanding their perspective, and ask questions if something seems unclear. By opening ourselves to people, we can learn a tremendous amount and gain valuable information from outside of ourselves. It's important to avoid judging or anticipating what will happen next while listening.
