Dopamine Boosting Supplements

When feeling less motivated, people often turn to substances like Adderall or Ritalin, or even illegal substances that increase dopamine. However, these substances are extremely dangerous as they can further deplete the dopamine reservoir. Instead, there are some supplements that can replenish dopamine, such as L-tyracine and McEunipurines. However, McEunipurines can make people very dopaminergic and lead to a crash, while L-tyracine is milder. It is recommended to first rely on behavioral tools such as NSDR to boost motivation.
