Having a goal that is subjectively meaningful is important for personal fulfillment. Each member of the team will have their own unique reason for working here, and that's okay. As long as they have a reason, it doesn't have to be the same as everyone else's. Help them find their own purpose.

There's a lot of things human beings crave in life - happiness, knowledge, status, wealth, abundance - and most of us embark on seeking out this relentless pursuit of success without really knowing how to juggle all of our aspirations and goals in life.
