Limiting the Influence of the Rich in Local Assemblies
To prevent discrimination and ensure legitimacy, it is important that local assemblies are organized according to rules that cannot be easily opposed. In a society where the rich are few and clustered together, the organization of local assemblies should aim to limit their influence. By allowing all residents to participate and not giving disproportionate power to the rich, the risk of their agenda dominating the assembly is minimized. Additionally, the argument that the rich may bring oligarchy into the assembly is considered unlikely due to their low probability of clustering together.
