Direct communication between beneficiaries and government entities can significantly improve project planning and negotiations. When beneficiaries are directly involved, there is a shift in dynamics leading to better outcomes. By eliminating intermediaries, such as social entrepreneurs, and allowing direct interaction, government officials can have a more personal connection to the needs of the community they serve, fostering a greater sense of responsibility and commitment to help.
