The initial faces was a bit rough. We had retrospective with data sciences, and it was more, ohyes, you're trying to do this, but this is how people should engage us. Eventually we figured out how to solve, which is solving for the data scientists first. He then aso from that, then scalein to the other t other ther other parts of the organization, other engineers. And then what we realised was, at least what we learnt, and what i learnt, was hone wat once, were able to sol for deater scientists that were willing to work with us if only it was painful for them in the beginning.
