Modes of Prayer: Adoration, Contrition, Thanksgiving, Supplication

Prayer involves four main modes: Adoration, where you recognize God's greatness and praise Him; Contrition, where you acknowledge your sins and seek forgiveness and growth; Thanksgiving, where you express gratitude to God for all blessings received; and Supplication, where you make requests or petitions to God for your needs.
