What Is Anxiety?
When anxiety in childhood is untreated, it is the kids who have that are much, much more likely to suffer from depression and these other problems later on. So dog phobia is important because it's a sign that the kid is suffering from anxiety. If the kid doesn't learn to deal with that anxiety, they are more likely to become avoidance of other things that scare them over time. It's ironic and really troubling in a weird way that the more prevalent this word becomes, the more parents think it's their job to avoid it or help children avoid it.
