Energy is a scarce resource that drives deep engagement, growth, and fulfillment. By following our energy, we are fueled and gain life from our pursuits. When deciding how to spend our time, prioritizing energy should be at the forefront of our considerations.
Your time here is finite, so choosing the pursuits—personal and professional—that deliver the greatest returns on that time is essential.
