Embracing Fear and Taking a Stand

The fear of leaving a position of power is not about not being in office, but rather the uncertainty of what comes next. This fear is common in various aspects of life. Embracing the excitement and challenge of change is important, although it becomes harder as one gets older and has more responsibilities. Taking brave actions that go against the crowd often lead to the proudest moments in life. Despite the initial fear, the mind will convince you that it was the greatest thing you ever did. Once you take the leap, the fear disappears as you become fully occupied with the action.
