You Need More Aircraft Carriers

The problem of high bound bureaucracies that develop in slowly decaying societies is an old one. But they're also often a debt john I mean strikes me. It arises when your debt service costs exceed your defense budget and it's going to happen to the US this decade with very high probability. And it strikes me that that's one other way in which the British problem repeats itself, because Britain couldn't really have a credible solution.
