A dynamic economy with changing jobs and new companies provides opportunities and solves problems for its people. Although stability may seem appealing, it can make the economy brittle. Just like a solid oak tree, if it cracks, it will die. But a blade of grass bends and survives. So be like a blade of grass, my friend.
