I think that probably you're best served by, like, weighing it in the moment and trying to explain yourself. Some people are considered rude when they definitely don't mean to be. So again, improving yourself awareness around that could lead to you being most effective. And i think that if you have planted the seeds and shown people that you care about them and that you to be respectful, then you're much less likely to be really hurt if they slip up from time to time.
