The process includes a Google form with questions to prescreen for correct answers. During interviews, candidates are asked to exemplify past problem-solving experiences and to discuss difficult work situations, aiming to assess their potential to accomplish tasks and fit culturally. Effective communication and conciseness in answering questions are valued, as well as humility and the ability to work collaboratively without assigning blame in conflicts.
