Failure as a Learning Opportunity

Failure should not be casually treated as a learning opportunity because it can lead to an abrogation of responsibility. While it's true that failure is part of a technology career, it should not be normalized. Seniors in the field have experienced both successes and failures, giving them valuable insights into processes and identifying mistakes early on. The tech industry should not promote a culture where failure is acceptable, but rather acknowledge it as a part of a career and strive for success without normalizing failures.
