- Write down everything you feel you have to do on one half of a folded piece of paper.
- On the other half, write down only what you want to do.
- This reveals your current life balance sheet and probably shows imbalance (motionless/stagnant).
- Create imbalance in your desired direction to get what you truly want (which isn't balance, but the feeling of being balanced.)
- Use the EDO method to adjust: Eliminate, Delegate, Outsource.
