Project Stacking for Life Balance

  • Write down everything you feel you have to do on one half of a folded piece of paper.
  • On the other half, write down only what you want to do.
  • This reveals your current life balance sheet and probably shows imbalance (motionless/stagnant).
  • Create imbalance in your desired direction to get what you truly want (which isn't balance, but the feeling of being balanced.)
  • Use the EDO method to adjust: Eliminate, Delegate, Outsource.
