Encouraging individuals, especially those in disadvantaged groups, to focus on their own accomplishments rather than seeing themselves as victims of discrimination can lead to success. Teaching valuable skills like handshakes, changing tires, job interviews, and communication from a young age can be incredibly beneficial. By continuously adding talents and becoming invaluable, one can overcome systemic racism and excel beyond expectations.
