Both sides threaten to overturn the table if they lose, which signifies a shift away from traditional political rules. It is crucial to remember that there will be future elections, and the democratic process allows for responses and change through winning the next election. However, abandoning all rules in politics leads to a dangerous game with potential ugly consequences.
