  • But I was still among the smaller ones. I think we were doing $34 million a year at the time and plenty of guys there around 100, 200, et cetera.
  • And, you know, I had my goggles on. I was like, what do these guys have that I don't like that's all I was looking at.
  • And the single biggest takeaway that I had from the entire thing was that they had a bigger total addressable market. They had a bigger time. They were going after just a much wider audience.
  • And that was when I realized that whatever business you have, eventually you need to go wide. So you start small. So the riches are in the niches to a degree. But at a certain point, you do need to open up the aperture.
