When the efficiency score delta between a new product or service and an old method is greater than or equal to four, it leads to irreversible behavior where individuals cannot go back. People have high tolerance for sticking to the efficient option even if they dislike it, rather than moving back to an inefficient method. Moreover, the discovery of such a significant efficiency change results in a unique brag-worthy proposition, compelling individuals to share and boast about their experience.
