The Challenges in Drug Discovery?
AI is not a replacement for an expert human team by any means, but you need to find ways to have the human teams and the scientific teams work together in a complementary fashion. Pay scale miscaps between senior biologists getting paid less than a fairly junior developer would make at a tech company say it's a hard problem. I'd say other challenges, it's how do you mesh in these systems in well with human scientists?
