Story behind being customer obsessed
Our company was born out of necessity and with limited funding. We focused on understanding the problem first and spent a lot of time with customers. Engineers even participated in support rotations and demoed the software to customers at trade shows. This helped us build empathy for customers and prioritize their needs. As we scale, maintaining this customer-centric approach becomes more challenging but it's something we prioritize.
